Conductor designed with low resistance to ensure high-efficiency power transmission and low energy loss. For signal transmission, a shielding layer can be equipped as needed, such as a tin-plated copper wire braided shield, with a shielding coverage of ≥85%, effectively resisting electromagnetic interference and ensuring stable transmission of control signals and data signals for underwater equipment.

Polyether Polyurethane PUR Marine Cable - Tensile, Wear-Resistant and Tear-Resistant Product Details
The outer sheath is made of high-quality polyether-based polyurethane (PUR), which has excellent resistance to chloride ions, salt, and various corrosive microorganisms in seawater. According to tests conducted by professional laboratories simulating a seawater environment, the cable was continuously soaked in a 3.5% sodium chloride solution (simulated seawater) for 1000 hours. The outer sheath showed no swelling, cracking, or aging, and its physical and electrical properties experienced almost no degradation, ensuring long-term stable use in marine environments.
Inside, high-strength Kevlar fiber or galvanized tensile steel wire is specially added as tensile components, evenly distributed throughout the cable structure to effectively bear external tensile forces. Tests show it can withstand tensile forces up to [X] N, ensuring cables remain unanchored and wireless during underwater equipment towing and lifting conditions, greatly extending service life.
The PUR outer jacket has high hardness and strong toughness, with wear resistance several times that of ordinary cable jackets. The surface is treated with a special process, offering excellent resistance to cutting and scratching. Under harsh conditions such as friction with reefs, scouring by seabed mud and sand, and mechanical collisions, it can effectively resist wear and tearing, maintaining the integrity of the cable.
Marine Energy: Used for connecting internal devices in offshore wind turbine towers, subsea cables, and converters, ensuring stable transmission of large amounts of electricity; acts as a key connection cable in tidal and wave energy power generation equipment, adaptable to harsh marine conditions.
3. Application Scenarios
The operating temperature range is -40℃ to 90℃, and it can function normally in the extreme cold of polar seas as well as the high temperatures of tropical oceans. Its performance is not affected by temperature, making it suitable for underwater projects in different sea areas around the world.
Marine Aquaculture: Used for power supply and signal transmission of underwater aerators, feeders, and water quality monitoring equipment, resistant to corrosion from seawater and aquaculture chemicals, suitable for devices that frequently move and bend in water.
Underwater Detection: Provides power and control signals for underwater robots (ROVs), underwater cameras, sonar detectors, and other equipment, meeting their flexible operation requirements in complex underwater environments and ensuring stable data transmission.
Ports and Ships: Suitable for port crane drag chain systems for equipment power supply; used on ships for below-deck equipment and deck machinery wiring, resisting corrosion from sea wind, salt spray, and complex engine room environments.
