Product Structure Conductor: Ultra-fine oxygen-free bare copper wire/tinned copper wire, multi-strand finely twisted and bundled; Insulation: Various materials including special mixed elastomers/automotive materials/TPE/TPV; Shielding: Aluminum foil mylar; high-density braided shield layer of tinned copper wire/bare copper wire, designed with single-layer or double-layer overall and partial shielding structure; Sheath: Special seawater-resistant polyurethane material. Product Features: 1. Functional: This type of composite seawater-resistant cable integrates multiple functional cores into one, meeting different functional needs when used in underwater equipment, such as power transmission, signal control, data signal feedback, video signal transmission, etc.; 2. Electromagnetic Interference Resistance: Single-layer or double-layer overall and partial shielding structure designed with aluminum foil mylar and high-density braided tinned or bare copper wires effectively resists electromagnetic interference, ensuring the stability of signal transmission and feedback, and effectively preventing interference between cores; 3. Flexibility: Optimized cable materials and structural design make the cable soft, bend-resistant, suitable for mobile use or fixed installation in underwater environments; 4. Outer sheath made of seawater-special polyurethane material, giving the cable excellent waterproof, wear-resistant, oil-resistant, corrosion-resistant properties, and can be widely used for installation and applications in freshwater or seawater environments.
