Product Features
High flexibility and bending resistance: The conductor uses multi-strand ultra-fine finely twisted oxygen-free copper wire, compliant with VDE 0295 Class 6 standards, combined with a highly elastic TPE insulation layer to give the cable outstanding flexibility. Tested to withstand over 10 million bending cycles, with a minimum bending radius of only 6D (D is the cable outer diameter), suitable for complex conditions such as frequent steering of underwater robots and reciprocating motion of the drag chain system.
Efficient and stable transmission The conductor is designed with low resistance, ensuring efficient power transmission with low energy loss. For signal transmission, shielding layers can be installed as needed, such as tin-plated copper wire braided shielding mesh, with a shielding coverage rate of ≥90%, effectively resisting electromagnetic interference and ensuring stable transmission of control and data signals for underwater equipment.
