Product Features
High flexibility: The conductor is made of ultra-fine copper wire strands, resistant to high-frequency bending (≥5 million cycles, bending radius ≤6× outer diameter), suitable for drag chain systems, industrial robots, and other high-frequency motion equipment. During bending, the conductor does not break, and the insulation layer does not crack.
Environmental corrosion resistance: Resistant to oil, acid and alkali, and seawater (customizable), can operate stably at -40℃ to 80℃, maintains elasticity at low temperatures, and adapts to harsh environments such as oil contamination, humidity, and extreme temperatures (e.g., chemical workshops, marine engineering).
Tear and tensile resistance: Built-in high-strength tensile fibers (such as Kevlar), tensile strength ≥1000N, resist equipment dragging and heavy pulling forces, ensuring the reliability of cables for mobile equipment (AGVs, cranes).
