Shanghai Suoqi's reel cable is designed for the power supply conditions of crane motors in shield tunneling construction, using acid- and alkali-resistant structures. The conductors are stranded with multi-strand ultra-fine oxygen-free bare copper wire (VDE 0295 CLASS 5/6 standard), with imported polyurethane PUR composite for sheathing, double-layer sheaths reinforced with tensile and woven layers for anti-twisting and bulging protection. Specifications Conductor: Multi-strand oxygen-free bare copper wire, compliant with VDE0295 CLASS 5 or 6 standards, single wire diameter 0.12mm - 0.2mm, conductor cross-sectional size ranging from 0.5mm² to 25mm², selectable according to equipment power requirements.
Insulation: Made of hybrid elastomer materials such as nitrile rubber / automotive grade materials / TPE, insulation thickness 0.4mm - 1.8mm, insulation temperature rating up to 105°C, insulation breakdown voltage ≥20kV/mm.
Strength Members: Includes jute filler, galvanized steel wire ropes with diameters of 1mm - 3mm, Kevlar tensile fibers, and halyard ropes; the total cross-sectional area of the strength members accounts for 10% - 15% of the cable cross-section.
Inner Sheath: Made of flexible non-woven fabric, thickness 0.2mm - 0.5mm, tightly wraps the conductor, providing good cushioning and protection.
