4. High Flexibility and Bend Resistance The conductor uses multi-stranded ultra-fine finely twisted oxygen-free copper wire, meeting the VDE 0295 Class 6 standard, paired with a highly elastic TPE insulation layer, giving the cable excellent flexibility. Tested to withstand over 8 million bending cycles, with a minimum bending radius of only 6D (D being the cable's outer diameter), it is suitable for complex conditions such as frequent steering of underwater robots and reciprocating motion in drag chain systems.
5. Efficient and Stable Transmission: The conductor is designed with low resistance to ensure efficient power transmission and low energy loss. For signal transmission, shielding layers can be provided as needed, such as tinned copper wire braided shielding mesh, with a shielding coverage of ≥85%, effectively resisting electromagnetic interference and ensuring stable transmission of control signals and data signals for underwater equipment.
