1. PUR polyurethane outer sheath, the all-around protection king
The outer sheath is made from high-performance PUR polyurethane material, combining multiple features such as wear resistance, oil resistance, hydrolysis resistance, weather resistance, and flame retardancy. With a surface hardness of Shore 85A, its wear resistance is three times that of ordinary PVC material, making it resistant to high-frequency friction from rough mechanical surfaces; It maintains stable performance even when facing industrial media such as lubricants, hydraulic oils, coolants, as well as acidic, alkaline, and humid environments; It does not become brittle or deformed within a wide temperature range of -40°C~90°C, confidently handling various harsh working conditions.

Internally, it uses multi-stranded finely twisted oxygen-free copper conductors combined with highly elastic insulation materials, combined with a high-strength tensile fiber woven layer, giving the cable outstanding flexibility. Professionally tested, it can withstand over 12 million bending cycles, with a minimum bending radius of only 7.5D (D is the cable outer diameter). During the frequent reciprocating motion of the drag chain system, it remains unbroken and undamaged, significantly reducing replacement frequency and lowering maintenance costs.
