2. Core Advantages

1. Exceptional corrosion resistance, ensuring seawater environments are unaffected by erosion

The outer sheath is made of composite high-molecular anti-corrosion material. Tested by authoritative institutions, after being soaked in a 3.5% sodium chloride (seawater simulation) solution for 2000 hours, the surface shows no cracks or swelling, and the tensile strength retention rate is ≥95%, effectively resisting chemical corrosion from chloride ions, sulfates, and other substances in seawater. At the same time, it also has excellent resistance to acidic and alkaline components in industrial wastewater and chemical solvents, making it suitable for highly corrosive environments such as marine, chemical, and salt mining settings.

2. Fully sealed protection, long-lasting waterproof and leak-proof

The overall protection level of the cable reaches IP68, allowing it to operate stably underwater at a depth of 15 meters for extended periods. The multi-layer sealing structure design prevents seawater from penetrating inside. The outer sheath has a hardness of Shore 90A, providing excellent wear resistance. Even under harsh conditions such as friction with reefs or scouring by seabed silt, it can still maintain the integrity of the protective layer and extend the cable's service life.

3. Efficient and stable transmission, excellent and reliable performance

The conductor is made of high-purity tin-plated oxygen-free copper wire, treated to resist oxidation, providing excellent conductivity and resistance to corrosion. Paired with low-loss, high-insulation **cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE)** material, it effectively reduces signal attenuation and energy loss during transmission. Whether supplying power to offshore wind turbines or supporting high-speed data transmission for underwater detection equipment, it ensures stable and efficient performance.

4. Wide-range environmental adaptability, both safe and environmentally friendly

The operating temperature range covers **-50℃~105℃**, allowing normal operation in the extreme cold of polar seas and the high temperatures of tropical oceans. Strictly produced without lead, mercury, and other harmful substances; passed insulation resistance ≥1000MΩ/km, the withstand voltage rating can reach the highest level, and the flame retardant performance meets IEC 60332-3 standards, making the safety performance trustworthy.

3. Application Scenarios

Ocean energy development: Suitable for submarine cable laying for offshore wind farms and tidal power generation equipment connection, ensuring stable energy transmission.

Port and ship industries: Used for port cranes, ship ballast water treatment systems, and underdeck cable wiring, resistant to sea wind salt spray and engine room oil corrosion.

Underwater Detection and Engineering: Providing reliable power and signal transmission for underwater robots, subsea pipeline monitoring equipment, and cross-sea bridge pile foundation inspection devices.

Chemical and salt mining fields: Used as power supply and control cables for equipment in corrosive environments at chemical plant areas and salt mining sites.
