(1) Outstanding Performance
Environmental adaptability: Uses special hybrid elastomer neoprene sheaths or optional PUR polyurethane reinforced sheaths, offering excellent acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, oil resistance, ozone resistance, and solvent resistance, effectively resisting UV rays, hydrolysis, microbial and coolant corrosion.
Mechanical properties: The conductor uses multi-stranded finely twisted oxygen-free bare copper wire, meeting VDE0295 CLASS 5 or 6 standards, ensuring the cable is soft and resistant to bending and twisting; The cable core can be arranged in a straight line or plum blossom pattern as needed, and can be equipped with metal or non-metal tensile and bending conductors, with a service life 3-6 times longer than traditional ordinary cables.
Electrical performance: Rated voltage U0/U 450/750V~0.6/1KV, test voltage 3000V, with good electrical insulation performance and anti-interference capability.
Temperature adaptability: Usable within a temperature range of -20℃ to 80℃, with special models extendable to -30℃ to 90℃, capable of maintaining stable performance in extreme temperature environments.

Conductor: Stranded twisted oxygen-free bare copper wire, compliant with VDE0295 CLASS 5 or 6 standards, ensuring low resistance and high flexibility.
Insulation: Special blended elastomer materials provide soft insulation, providing reliable electrical insulation performance.
Structure: Cable cores are arranged in a straight line or in a plum blossom pattern to meet different suspension lengths and movement speed requirements.
Reinforcement component: Depending on the usage scenario, optional galvanized soft steel wire rope (when freely suspended over 80 meters) or fiber aramid yarn can be selected to enhance the tensile performance of the cable.
Sheath: Special blended elastomer neoprene material sheath, available in black (RAL9005) or gray (RAL7001); a reinforced PUR polyurethane material sheath is also available as an option, further enhancing abrasion and chemical resistance.

4. Selection and Installation Recommendations
(1) Configuration of load-bearing elements
Core wires arranged in a single-row, straight-line pattern: When the hanging length is greater than 40m and the moving speed is greater than 2m/s, it is recommended to add bearing steel wire or polyester yarn.
Core wire plaited in a star pattern: When the suspension length > 80m and the moving speed > 4-10 m/s, it is recommended to add load-bearing steel wires.
