Cable structure
Conductor: Select high-purity oxygen-free bare copper wire, using a fine stranded twisting process, with multiple fine copper wires closely arranged, meeting IEC 60228 Class 5 standards, featuring low resistance and high conductivity, which can effectively reduce energy loss and ensure efficient power transmission.
Insulation: Uses specially modified PVC insulation material, which has characteristics of high dielectric strength and low dielectric loss, effectively preventing leakage and short-circuit occurrences. The conductor colors strictly follow the VDE 0293 standard, facilitating quick identification and installation maintenance.
Tensile layer: Built-in high-strength aramid woven mesh and Kevlar tensile fibers form a strong tensile framework, evenly distributing tension and protecting the internal structure of the cable from tensile damage.
Jacket: Double-layer PUR jacket design, with a soft and flexible inner layer providing cushioning protection for the cable; a hard and wear-resistant outer layer further enhances abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance, and waterproof performance. The color is usually black or yellow and can be customized according to customer requirements.
