Product Structure: The conductor is usually made of multi-stranded ultra-fine twisted oxygen-free copper wire, and tin-plated copper wire is also optional. The insulation material is generally PVC or TPEE insulation with high mechanical properties. Some cable models have a shielding layer, which uses a tin-plated copper braided and aluminum foil composite structure to enhance anti-interference capability. The sheath is made of oil-resistant, flame-retardant flexible PVC special sheath or high polymer weather-resistant polyurethane (PUR) material. To improve tensile performance, high-strength galvanized tensile soft steel wires can be placed on both sides of the cable.
Product Features:
High flexibility: It has excellent bending resistance, small thickness, and a small bending radius. It can withstand over 100,000 bending cycles, maintaining stable performance in frequent bending scenarios and making core breakage less likely.
High tensile strength: Because tensile-resistant soft steel wires can be added, it can withstand greater pulling forces, making it suitable for long-distance suspension or scenarios that require frequent moving and dragging, ensuring that the cable will not be easily pulled apart under gravity or external forces.
Good anti-interference capability: cables with shielding layers have a tin-plated copper braiding density of ≥85% and aluminum foil wrapping density ≥99%, effectively suppressing electromagnetic interference and ensuring the stability and accuracy of signal transmission.
Excellent environmental adaptability: Wide temperature resistance, generally usable in environments of -45°C~120°C, and features IP67 waterproofing, oil stain resistance, and UV radiation resistance, making it suitable for various harsh working environments.
Technical parameters: The AC rated voltage is generally Uo/U = 450V/750V. The power core can withstand 50Hz and 2500V voltage tests for 5 minutes, and the control wire cores can withstand AC voltage tests of 50Hz and 1500V.
Scope of Application: Widely used in large mobile equipment such as cranes, electric hoists, gantry cranes, and portal cranes. It can be installed in cable reels or festoon systems, and is also suitable for industries such as metallurgy, electric power, shipping, and ports.
