The outer sheath uses imported PUR composite material, which, based on ordinary PUR material, incorporates reinforcing fibers through a composite process, further improving its wear resistance, tear resistance, and weather resistance, allowing it to better withstand external physical damage and environmental erosion. The conductor is made of 99.9999% pure annealed oxygen-free copper wire; after annealing, the wire's flexibility is greatly increased. During electric wet spray machine operation, the cable needs to bend and twist with the spray arm in various complex movements. This conductor can easily handle such movements without breaking, while the ultra-high purity ensures excellent electrical conductivity, making power transmission efficient and stable, and delivering stronger output for the electric wet spray machine. The specially formulated TPV composite insulation layer has excellent electrical insulation performance, high insulation resistance, and can withstand high voltage impacts. Even after long-term use, the insulation performance does not significantly decline, ensuring electrical safety and reliability. In addition, the cable has a small bending radius, only 6-8 times the cable outer diameter, which means it can easily be routed within the limited installation space of an electric wet spray machine.
